This is the hard part, waiting to find out if you are selected. I am hoping to be one of the applicants selected for the KDUVfm In Shape Challenge. I know this will be a great experience.
I remember hearing about this challenge last year. It was awesome hearing the updates from the challengers. I learned a lot just listening to what was said about it on the broadcasts. You start cheering for the contestants. I think it helps keep you going, to have people doing the same thing you are. You know what the other people are going through. Especially, when you are trying to lose weight and get healthy. It's not always that easy. Some of us have to really work at it. When you don't see the results, it can be frustrating. Every bit of encouragement helps.
The contestants will be announced on Friday the 23rd @ 8:20am.
The In Shape Challenge is a great way to get you motivated. A little friendly competition doesn't hurt either. I hope to be a part of it this year!! So I will wait.....
